• Community Reacher or any of it's entities are not responsible for any bodily harm occurred on the property. By purchasing the event you are agreeing to photos and videos being taken for use such as marketing, social media, and etc. In case of emergency. You must call and send an email with official documentation for cancellation (ie. Doctors note from an in person visit or Police Report)  5 days prior to class date. Day of cancelation are NOT refundable. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving official proof via email. If the emergency occurs day of a phone call and official proof of emergency (ie. Doctors note from an in person visit or Police report) is required. All documentation must have the date of event and will be reviewed. Day of cancelations with a phone call and official documents are not automatically refunded they will be reviewed and answered within 30 business day. After review you may receive refund within 30 days prior to review response via email.
